CEO, President
Marine serves as CEO and President of LA Community Alliance with a diverse background in over 10 years of work as a Certified Neuro-Behavioral Life Coach. Marine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University.While serving the community, Marine has received recognition and accolades from numerous organizations such as California State University PSI CHI Chapter for outstanding involvement, countless letters of recognition from the California Legislature and Senate for outstanding community contributions. Marine’s devotion to the community continues to have a positive impact on those that are served from all community initiatives of LA Community Alliance.

Mihran Mike Banjarjyan
CFO, Secretary
Mike serves as Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of LA Community Alliance. Mike has worked as an entrepreneur in the Automotive Business for the past 35 years building new businesses, problem solving and developing strategic sustainable business models for the industry. A successful businessman with a passion and commitment for his community and helping others.Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and an understanding of strategic planning to LA Community Alliance as well as a deep network of engaged members of the Armenian community in Los Angeles and beyond. With philanthropy as his guiding light, he is dedicated to being the change he wants to see.

Colin M Olson
DOD, Head of Day of Hope
Colin serves as Director of Development and Head of our Day of Hope unsheltered outreach events. Colin has over 10+ years of experience in business development with an emphasis in brand creation and social media marketing. He has been an integral part of community service initiatives, spanning a lifetime of service.
Colin served as event planner in coordinating our first annual fundraiser party, overseeing donations of auction items and curating entertainment for a memorable and impactful evening. Starting in January 2023 he took over our Day of Hope unsheltered outreach event where we serve over 50 individuals living on the street with clothing, showers, haircuts, and life services. With his diverse background in development, he is spearheading the launch of our food pantry.

Rachel Simeran
Executive Board Member-Vulnerable Food Aid
Rachel Simeran, a dedicated member of our board for the second consecutive year, serves with a recurring yearly term. Rachel actively participates in all special events, demonstrating her commitment to our community. Retired from a successful career in fashion and art curation, Rachel channels her passion for community service by making valuable in-kind contributions including clothing and household essentials, to our local community events. Her substantial dedication and unique expertise enrich our efforts to feed the local community.
